The Makita FD05Z 3/8" 12V drill driver delivers 250in-lbs of maximum torque with a variable 2-speed (0 - 450 & 0 - 1,700 RPM) to cover a variety of drilling and driving applications. Lightweight, only approximately 2 lbs, this tool offers reduced user fatigue, optimizing productivity and with its' compact size user can easily maneuver around in tight work spaces.
Users can utilize the tools on-board LED light to illuminate dark work areas and the 3/8" keyless chuck enables quick and easy bit changes.

Every Makita® Lithium-Ion Industrial Power Tool is thoroughly inspected and tested before leaving the factory. If you are not satisfied with any Makita Lithium-Ion tool within 30 days of purchase, return it and Makita will provide, at Makita's option, a replacement or refund. Each Makita Lithium-Ion tool is warranted to be free of defects from workmanship and materials for the period of THREE YEARS from the date of original purchase. The Makita Lithium-Ion battery has a limited ONE YEAR warranty. Should any trouble develop during the three-year period for the Lithium-Ion tool and during the one year period for the Lithium-Ion battery, return the COMPLETE tool and or battery, freight prepaid, to one of Makita's Factory or Authorized Service Centers. If inspection shows the trouble is caused by defective workmanship or material, Makita will repair (or at our option, replace) without charge. This warranty does not apply to Makita Accessories.
