Each Knipex plier in the 00 20 04 SB set feature inserted straight tips made of spring steel wire, drawn, and boast up to 10 times longer service life than turned tips. The body of each plier is made of chrome vanadium electric steel; forged and oil-hardened with plastic coated handles for user comfort. Circlips are held securely due to large contact faces and the position of the tips, making it difficult for the circlip to fly off. This heavy-duty Knipex 8-piece plier set is designed to help install and remove internal and external retaining rings. Minimum bore diameter: 15/32”, maximum bore diameter: 2-23/64”, minimum shaft diameter: ½”, and maximum shaft diameter: 1”.
