Helton Tool & Home is pleased to provide free shipping on all orders shipped to a street address in the lower 48 continental United States. In addition, if the product fits in a USPS priority mail box smaller than 14L-12W-H3.5 or 11L-9W-6H then we will ship the item for free to Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. protectorates, APO/FPO, Virgin Islands U.S., and Puerto Rico. We also offer Expedited, Next Day and International shipping to our customers. These shipping fees are non-refundable.
Combined shipping is available on all Helton Tool & Home orders! Please contact Customer Service immediately upon placing an order to take advantage of this service.
When you place an order, we will pull your order the next business day. We will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Items shipped using the free shipping option typically have a delivery time of 3 - 5 business days.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Helton Tool & Home currently offers multiple shipping options from either UPS and USPS. Items that are available for free shipping will be shipped by the carrier of our choice. If you would like to purchase a specific shipping option, please make your selection at the time of purchase for an additional fee. For additional shipping services that may be available please contact our customer service department at 888•444•6648 prior to checkout. Please contact us immediately via email or Customer Service to insure the appropriate carrier is employed.
Helton Tool & Home fully insures all incoming and outgoing shipments. If an item is damaged or lost during shipment, it will be replaced or the cost of the order will be fully refunded. Please contact us immediately via email or Customer Service for instructions and the required insurance claim form.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS PLEASE NOTE:
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
It is a US FEDERAL CRIME to provide false information on a US Customs document. Helton Tool & Home is obligated to record the true price of all items (less shipping costs) on the Customs document. All sales will be declared as "merchandise" on the Customs document. Please do not ask us to make false statements on these documents.
Duties and other charges are the responsibility of the buyer. These costs are separate from any shipping charges. Please check with your local customs office if you have any questions about these charges before completing your purchase.
Helton Tool & Home is pleased to provide our customers with exemplary service. That service includes accepting customer returns up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
All items being returned for a refund or replacement/exchange must have a Return Authorization Number (RAN) issued by Helton Tool & Home. Returns received without an RAN may be delayed in processing.
Please wrap the item well and place a copy of our packing slip in the box documenting the RAN, along with a brief description of the reason for the return. Please write the RAN on the outside of the box for rapid processing. Include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories with the product.
Expedited, Next Day and International shipping charges are non-refundable.
All returned items must be received in the same condition as they were sold. Helton Tool & Home will not accept returns of any products with missing or altered serial numbers or UPCs. Products altered from their original condition (painted or etched, etc.) will not be accepted for return or exchange.
The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective. Please email us or contact Customer Service for a FedEx return shipping label for defective products. Helton Tool & Home provides insurance on all incoming packages with a valid tracking number.
Please Note: If you request a return on items that were purchased as part of a Buy X Tool & Get Y Item Free promo, all items from the order, including those that were shipped free as part of the promo, need to be returned to Helton Tool & Home prior to the processing of any refund or exchange.
International returns must meet the requirements of the Domestic returns outlined above. In addition, please mark the Customs document merchandise return with no value. If there are duties or charges due on the package, Helton Tool & Home will not accept delivery.
