| American General Tool Group (known as AGTG), has an "OUT-OF-BOX" warranty policy on all pneumatic and electrical parts/accessories under the AGTG Brands listed below. AGTG warrants that a new out-of-box part will meet the forman d function required to repair a broken tool and, to make the tool perform normally as it did prior to being repaired. Once a part has been installed inside/outside a tool and, the tool has been placed back in use, the part is deemed "used" and cannot be returned. AGTG will repair or replace out-of-box parts only at our option. AGTG, at its discretion, reserves the right to establish status of returnable items, inspect all goods and packaging to determine if a part has been used in a tool or, if it was an OUT-OF-BOX failure. At that time AGTG may replace, refuse or make other arrangements of said merchandise accordingly. Returned goods without an RMA issued by AGTG will be refused. Warranty is void if: defects in materials or workmanship or damages result from repairs or alterations which have been made or attempted by others; or, the unauthorized use of nonconforming parts; or, the damage is due to normal wear and tear; or, this damage is due to abuse (including overloading of the tool/part beyond capacity); or, improper maintenance; or, neglect or accident; or, the damage is due to use of the tool/part after partial failure or use with improper accessories. No warranty, oral or written, expressed or implied, other than the above warranty is made with regard to this product. AGTG disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose and, all other warranties. In no event shall AGTG be liable for any incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages or, for any costs, attorney fees, expenses, losses or delays alleged to be as a consequence of any damage to, failure of or, defect in any product including but, not limited to, any claims for loss of profits |
