The Hitachi/Metabo DB3DL2 screwdriver kit contains everything needed to get through most household fastening jobs. The screwdriver features a dual-position handle that converts from a straight to a pistol grip for maximum flexibility and ease of use. It also has a spindle lock for manual screw tightening, as well as 21 clutch settings + 1 drill setting for precision and increased user control throughout the duration of use. It even includes an easy-to-use forward/reverse switch to change bit direction, and an onboard LED light that illuminates the user's work surface.
The kit consists of a pair of EBM315 1.5Ah Lithium Ion batteries that provide fade-free power and have 3x the total battery life of comparable batteries. At less than a pound, the EBM315 is also 100% lighter than most Li-ion batteries on the market, which adds next to no weight to the screwdriver when connected. It also includes a rapid charger that can fully charge the batteries in as little as 30 minutes and a hard plastic tool case for organization during storage and transport.
