This 18 volt battery features an impact-resistant outer case and shock-absorbing liner that work in conjunction to protect the battery from unintentional damage. This 3.0Ah battery also auto-resists self discharge and is capable of holding a full charge even during long periods of storage. This lithium-ion battery features Makita's STAR Protection, which monitors usage conditions. When connected to a tool, the battery exchanges data with it in real time, which helps to protect against overloading, over-discharging, and overheating. Best of all, this battery is compatible with all Makita 18V LXT and 18V lithium-ion compact tools, such as models XFD11, LXPH05, XPH06, XPH12, XDT08, XDT13, XDT14, XDT15 (sold separately). This compact battery charges quickly on compatible models DC18RA, DC18RC, DC18SD, DC18SC (sold separately). PLEASE NOTE: This battery is slightly used and features minor scratches. They do not affect the battery's overall performance.
