The Big Horn 19672 is a precision-machined brass template guide designed to replicate the functionality of the Porter-Cable OEM #42048 bushing. With an inner diameter (I.D.) of 1-3/8″ and an outer diameter (O.D.) of 1-35/64″, it gives you a controlled offset ideal for pattern routing, hinge mortising, and stair stringer work. Crafted from solid brass, this guide resists vibration and wear to maintain accuracy through repeated use. Thanks to its design, the guide attaches securely to router sub-bases with a 1-3/16″ center hole, giving broad compatibility with many popular routers.
