The Pyrex 323 and 325 glass mixing bowls are made from high-quality clear Pyrex glass that is safe for use in pre-heated oven, microwave, freezer, and refrigerator. Having a capacity of 1.5qt and 2.5qt, these bowls can be used for mixing, cooking, microwaving, serving, and storage of food items. It is easy to wash them using a dishwasher. These glass bowls have a non-porous surface that does not absorb flavors, odors, or stains. The Pyrex 323 mixing bowl is compatible with Pyrex 323-PC lids and the Pyrex 325 mixing bowl is compatible with 325-PC plastic lids (sold separately).
