The Spyder 600902CF 1-5/8-Inch Tarantula Carbide-Tipped Hole Saw is engineered for fast, aggressive cutting through the toughest jobsite materials, including steel, stainless steel, nail-embedded wood, cast iron, non-ferrous metals, PVC, plastics, fiber cement board, fiberglass, acrylic, plywood, MDF, composite decking, laminates, and sheet metal. Featuring durable tungsten carbide cutting teeth, this hole saw delivers up to 10 times faster cutting and up to 50 times longer life than conventional bi-metal hole saws, making it ideal for demanding professional applications. Its 2-3/8-inch maximum cutting depth allows deeper cuts in thick materials, while the Rapid Core Eject® system enables fast core removal without prying when used with the compatible arbor. The hole saw is compatible with Spyder Rapid Core Eject® arbors and pilot bits as well as universal 5/8"-18 threaded hole saw arbors for use with drill/drivers and drill presses. For safe operation, always use a drill motor with a support handle in standard rotary drilling mode and wear appropriate personal protective equipment. Not intended for hammer drilling or highly abrasive materials.
